The North Dakota Small Business Development Centers Lead Center is located in 140 Gamble Hall, within the College of Business and Public Administration, on the University of North Dakota campus, and oversees the operations and compliance of the network and its service centers across the state. The State Director, Associate State Director and Resource Coordinator are located in the Lead Center office, also known as the 'State Office.'

- Private sector companies and individuals
ND SBDC is the state's collaborative small business development resource and helps North Dakotans to start, manage, and grow their businesses. By law, our services are free of charge to eligible clients.

The North Dakota SBDC is administered by the University of North Dakota in a partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, the state of North Dakota and several regional hosts.
